Terms of Service

The terms behind the practice.

Last updated 13 August 2026.

Ashater is the trading name of me, Ezz Ashater, a sole practitioner based in 10th of Ramadan, Egypt. There is no separate registered company — engaging Ashater means engaging me directly.

This site

Everything on ashater.com — the practice pages, the frameworks, the field notes — is published so you can evaluate whether to work with me. It's informational, not a binding offer on its own; a real engagement runs on a written scope agreed directly with you, as described on /engagement/.

Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent your identity when submitting the contact form.

What I don't promise

I won't promise search-ranking outcomes — nobody can promise algorithmic results, and anyone who does is selling something other than what they claim. Case studies and figures on this site describe work already delivered; they aren't a guarantee of the same result for a different business.

Ownership

Work I build for a client belongs to that client — the domain, the infrastructure, the data, the code — under the terms of their own written engagement. The content, frameworks, and writing published directly on ashater.com remain mine unless a specific piece says otherwise.

Third-party links

This site links to client sites, social profiles, and other external destinations (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, GitHub, and the entities named on /work/). I don't control those and I'm not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

The site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses arising from your use of this site; any liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's own written scope, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
