MAXIM Group
Digital foundation for a group holding company on the Red Sea — made consistent, measurable, and able to be extended without breaking.
The record.
Component-system rebuild shipped: ten composable sections replacing hand-edited pages, so the client can extend without breaking.
Email infrastructure audited end-to-end — sender authentication, sixty-eight blacklists (zero listings), live acceptance tests — and the evidence committed as a client-shareable report.
Not-found behaviour fixed at the source repository, and the repository record corrected so the next engineer cannot be misled.
Corrections, left visible.
What broke on this entity, left visible — and what now prevents it.
The pipeline reported success, so the fix is live.
The workflow deployed a different branch than the one the fix landed on. The checkmark was green; the site never changed.
Every deploy is verified against the live artifact itself — never against its own pipeline status.
Few replies means the audience is not interested.
The real question was whether the mail was arriving at all.
A full deliverability audit — authentication records, blacklists, live acceptance — now committed as evidence the client can hand to anyone.
A holding company with real subsidiaries had no online signals reflecting them. The work here is plumbing, not paint: identity records made consistent, mail that provably arrives, and a structure the owner can grow.
Working together
Client work starts with a conversation — no commitment, no pitch. If it turns out I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
